I have been using idrive now for many months and have found it to be an easy to use rock solid product and definitely should be installed on every PC.

Plently of places to store pictures. Unless there is a security reason we strongly recommend an online backup strategy to store your pictures. This gets the pictures into the ‘cloud’ and allows you access to photo’s even if your computer is destroyed.

Yes, you can install programs to an external hard drive. However, you will notice a performance decrease by running it off of the external hard drive as the USB is much slower than SATA and IDE.
