Tony’s Question: After a reinstall his computer started to exhibit a variety of strange behaviour.

With Tony’s computer he had done a reinstall using a very old copy of Windows XP. This version (pre service pack 2) had no built in firewall. Because of this as soon as the computer was plugged into the Internet it became infected with a variety of viruses.
